Having bonded during their years together in the Telecommunications Industry, Jacquie and Emily founded Maid My Day together in 2006 with the aim of delivering superior quality cleaning services coupled with excellent customer service. With Maid My Day now offering services across various industries within three States, Jacquie now leads the Operations Team and Emily heads up Sales, Customer Service and Marketing.
With an extensive Customer Service and Marketing background, Cherie is the perfect person to act as a touchpoint for all Maid My Day customers. From ascertaining the requirements of customers, providing proposals and then continuing the customer experience with ongoing support, Cherie always aims to deliver a satisfying experience for every customer.
Sabine’s mandate within Maid My Day is to find the very best people to join our family of Cleaning Teams. Within her interviewing and trialling process, she’s always looking for individuals who have exceptional cleaning skills, along with an eye for detail and a focus on providing excellent customer service.
Melissa’s comprehensive experience in Job Placements means that she has a deep understanding of how every customer has specific requirements and preferences that need to be met. Her role requires careful selection of each Cleaning Team assigned to each job to ensure customers are always happy with the results of the Maid My Day service.
Emma has twenty years of experience in Human Resources across various industries and Maid My Day are thrilled to have her assistance when it comes to the recruitment of our cleaners. Her high level of accuracy and attention to detail mean that she’s the right person within the Maid My Day team to be responsible for scheduling all customer jobs so that the right Cleaning Team is always in the right place at the right time.
