Australia’s ageing population and government-funded programs like the NDIS have created a high demand for in-home domestic assistance services from cleaning and laundry to vacuuming and shopping.

At Maid My Day, we’re passionate about supporting vulnerable Australians to live independently at home. To achieve this, we partner with Job Seeker Agencies to build a dedicated workforce across Australia.

For many team members, a part-time domestic role is just the beginning. We offer training and guidance towards a professional career in care by transitioning to one of our care provider partners while completing a Certificate III in Aged Care.

What candidates need to succeed

We welcome people with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. If they look after their own home, they have the basic skills needed. Our training program teaches the rest. Here’s what we’re looking for:

in attending all scheduled visits

Professional approach

to presentation and communication

with confident English to connect personally

A fair level of fitness

capable of domestic tasks and daily travel

Keen to learn

by taking our supportive training modules

Independent transport

either by public transport or own car
